A licensed community association manager is responsible for: controlling and disbursing funds, assisting in noticing and conducting meetings, preparing budgets and financial documents, and coordinating maintenance.

A deposit of $45.00 will secure your place in class. The balance is due on the 1st day of class. You may register by phone with a credit card or mail your deposit to the administration office.

    • The application fee paid to the state is $228.00
    • You must submit evidence of successful completion of the required education with your application. It will take 6-8 weeks on average for the state to process and approve your application.

• Pass the State Exam
• • • Before you can take your state exam, the state must approve your application for licensure.

    • The exam fee paid to Pearson VUE is $27.00
    • The state exam is a 100 question multiple choice test with a passing score of 75%.
    • If you fail the exam, you may take the exam again upon submission of a reexamination application.
